Process: Television watcher mural (finished)

The Television Watcher mural started from an idea to depict the atmosphere of the living room. Seeing as the living room houses the oft treasured TiVo, the oft hugged television, and the oft dozed-off-because-of-watching-the-TiVo-powered-television sofa, the logical choice was to create a mindless television-watching peon.

The finished piece is a colorful character sitting with rapt pale-faced attention, thinking “I love my television, and my television loves me.”
